STEP 2: Once you download Ultimate PSPTube on your computer, simply extract it as we need to access its contents.

STEP 3: Now, browse through the extracted folder and open the folder named as Optional Theme.
STEP 4: Now, copy the file named as EBOOT.PBP and paste it inside the folder named as Ultimate PSPTube.
