STEP 1: To start with, Download Official Android 2.3.2 Update on your computer.
STEP 2: Now, connect your Nexus S to your computer using USB cable
STEP 3: Now, copy the downloaded ZIP file onto the SD card of your smartphone.
NOTE: Make sure that you do not extract the downloaded ZIP file and copy the file to SD memory card at root level.
