There are number of Android apps which let you tether WiFi on Android and Barnacle WiFi Tether is one of those free Android apps. Using this free Android app, you can create a WiFi hotspot using your rooted Android phone.
Here is the step by step procedure to tether Android using Barnacle WiFi Tether, Android app to create WiFi hotspot:
STEP 1: To start with, you need to download Barnacle WiFi Tether app and run this app on your Android.
STEP 2: Now, navigate to Settings > SSID and there, name your network. This would be the name of the WiFi hotspot that you would create.
STEP 3: Now, navigate it to Wireless Security and there enable WEP and enter a password. This would be the password for the WiFi network that you have created on your Android.
STEP 4: Now, browse into WAN and LAN and clean out all the information.
STEP 5: Now tap on Back and then on Start button.
