My computer automatically activates hotkeys without my hitting the control key or the alternate key. I can’t do my work because the hotkeys keep activating while I’m typing. How can I turn off the hotkeys. It’s as though my computer thinks the control key is down.

right click anywhere on the desktop, select Graphics Options and then Hot Keys and then Disable. See if it works….
