Step By Step Guide To Play DOS Games On Android

  • Download aDosBox onto your Android device from the App Market
  • Now, connect your Android device to your computer as USB mass storage device and copy all the required DOS programs onto its memory card
  • Launch aDosBox, navigate as Device configuration and in the Where to download application data option, choose the option that is fine with you
  • This application opens a DOS Prompt where you hit the commands the way you do on your computer

  • Once you can see the prompt, click on the Android Settings button and then choose On Screen Keyboard
  • Hit the below commands to get on to C drive

mount c: /sdcard

  • Now navigate across just like the way you do on your computer. And run the .exe file the normal way. For example, if you want to run abc.exe, you just need to type abc.exe on the command prompt and hit enter
  • If you are finding it hard to play using its on screen keyboard, you can opt to go with its joystick. In order to enable it, do as follow, Android settings button > SDL Settings > On-screen keyboard > Remap on-screen controls
