I am not sure if it can be compared with the market leaders like iPad 3 HD and Galaxy Tab 2 because unlike these tablet PCs, Nexus 7 is mainly meant for reading. But yes, its powerful specs does let you browse on Internet, play games, watch movies, listen to music.
